The platform's website provides a step-by-step guide for those submitting evidence of crimes of the Russian Federation. By following it, everyone can make a significant contribution to our common victory on the legal front as well.

For receiving applications on the following issues:
- countering corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
- facts of torture and other ill-treatment committed by law enforcement officers;
- offences related to human trafficking;
- facts of violations of children's rights, committing any form of violence against a child, or other unlawful acts.

The following must be specified in the application:
1. Surname, given name, patronymic;
2. Place of residence of the citizen;
3. The substance of the raised issue, comments, proposals, statements or complaints, requests or demands.
A written application must be signed by the applicant(s), indicating the date.
In an electronic application, the following must also be specified: an e-mail address to which the response may be sent to the applicant, or details of other means of communication with them (the use of an electronic digital signature when submitting an electronic application is not required).
An application submitted without complying with the indicated requirements will be returned to the applicant with appropriate explanations.
A written application without indicating the place of residence, unsigned by the author(s), as well as one whose authorship cannot be established, shall be recognized as anonymous and will not be subject to consideration.
